HOW TO JOIN AFPS-ICAPPS 2019 CONFERENCE?

STEP 1: REGISTER AN ACCOUT

  1. Register yourself by creating an account in http://conference.ui.ac.id/afps/afps2019/user/account
  2. Fill in information at least the required information needed (mark with *) such as username, password, first name, last name, affiliation, and email.
  3. Each person can only have one account for one article. Your AFPS-ICAPPS 2019 account will be ready to use (username and password will be sent to your email)

STEP 2: ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

FOR NON-PRESENTER PARTICIPANT, NO NEED TO DO ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND DIRECTLY GO TO STEP 3

FOR PRESENTER PARTICIPANT (ORAL AND POSTER), PLEASE READ CAREFULLY INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

  1. Click on SUBMISSION button to directly log in into go to your account
  2. Click on NEW SUBMISSION on the right hand corner of the page
  3. Please fill in information as an author, choose the type of submission (oral or poster)
  4. Please upload your abstract (.doc/.docx) as the author guideline in SUPPLEMENTARY FILES
  5. You will get submission acknowledgement in your email
  6. Your abstract will be reviewed by our Scientific Committee
  7. You will get the announcement whether your abstract is accepted or rejected by May 15th, 2019

STEP 3: PAYMENT

All participants should Click “Payment Method” on the MENU (https://afps2019.id/payment-method/) and fill the required column completely and accurately.

Early Bird Payment Deadline  : June 30th,  2019

Latest Payment: August 31st, 2019)

 

STEP 4: PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After paying the registration fees, all participant should Click “Payment Confirmation” on the MENU (https://afps2019.id/payment-confirmation/), complete the confirmation form, and upload the payment proof.

STEP 5: FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

(OPTIONAL TO BE FACILITATED)

  1. Click on SUBMISSION button to directly log in into go to your account
  2. Please upload your full paper (.doc/.docx)
